If you are not satisfied with your order, you will need to contact us for a return authorization number. You must do so before returning any products to us. As stated on our products and advertising platforms, we offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our products. Products must be returned with reasonable volume of product intact. Products returns missing more than 10 servings will not be honored. Return shipping cost will be at the customer expense and will not be refunded and we cannot issue refunds for products lost in transit. It is your responsibility to verify that the return is properly insured (you may do so by checking with the delivery company you choose).
