Our aim is to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it and we achieve this for the majority of orders placed.
Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground and will take between 4-8 days from the placement of your order. Please note that UPS do not deliver on weekends or holidays, so do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date. (see below for more detailed UPS Ground shipping times)
Our shipping rates per order are:
For orders up to 10lbs: $6.95
For orders over 10lbs and up to 20lbs: $9.95
For orders over 20lbs: $13.95

APO/FPO Military Addresses
We ship to APO/FPO Military Addresses for the normal shipping rates mentioned above. Just place your order in the normal fashion and we'll take care of it!
International Orders (including Canada)
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the United States. We made this decision because we found that international orders often ended in an unpleasant experience for our customers.
Shipping charges were very expensive, very limited order tracking was available and they took an extremely long time to arrive. Also, sometimes customers could be left with unanticipated customs charge or in some cases did not receive their order at all due to it being seized at customs.
We do really appreciate our international customers, so our plan in the future is make our products available in countries outside of the United States via selected distributors/retailers but have no timescales for this at the moment, watch this space.
