  • AtLarge Nutrition Powerlifting Sponsor - Ryan Celli

UPDATE - Ryan recently broken the USPF American Bench Press record with a staggering 639lb bench press at a weight of 211l bs. See the video section below for video footage!

Ryan regularly maintains an Online Training Journal on the Wannabebig Forums, so if you are interested in following his progress and learning a thing or two about being very strong, check it out here - Ryan Celli Training Journal

Ryan Celli is what one might characterize as addicted to the iron! He has been lifting and setting records since he was a teen (setting the APF 15-16 year old bench press record in the 132 lb class with a 275 lbs lift). He has even made a foray into bodybuilding presenting a very lean and symmetrical physique.

    Ryan the Businessman

Ryan’s love for the iron lead him to making it his livelihood. He and his wife own Celli’s Fitness Center. Between running the gym, personal training, and his own intense training regimen, Ryan basically lives at his gym and he would have it no other way!

Ryan is an accomplished powerlifter specializing in raw lifting (performing the squat, bench press, and deadlift with no specialized gear). In fact, he is the very best in the world in his weight class according to Michael Soong and PowerLiftingWatch.com’s lifter rankings. Below are his individual lifts and total:

    Squat: 601 lbs
    Bench Press: 639 lbs
    Deadlift: 640 lbs

    Total: 1,758 lbs (ranked #1)

Ryan knows geared training and competing as well. He also holds the best total to date for 2008 in the 198 lbs class with 2,000.1 lbs!

    Ryan’s Thoughts on AtLarge’s Products

Thanks for everything! I had your shirt on most of the day. I feel I represented you well, with a new world record on the bench and total, and an American record on the bench. Thanks again, your supplements played a big role in my success.
