If you are not satisfied with your order, you will need to Contact Us for a Returns Authorization Number. You must do this before returning any products to us.

For a full refund, the product must also be in resalable condition (sealed, unopened, in original packaging). All products must be returned to us within 30 days.

Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense and will not be refunded and we cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged or get lost along the way. It is your responsibility to verify that the return is properly insured. (you can do so by checking with the delivery company you choose)

Damaged Products

At Large Nutrition guarantees that your products will arrive undamaged. If you receive a product you consider to be damaged, Contact Us for a Returns Authorization Number and then return it to us immediately. Upon receipt of the product we will examine its condition and provide a free replacement for any product we consider to be damaged. We will also refund the shipping costs you incur in returning the product if we agree to replace it.
