We have recently discovered that our current stock of Results is experiencing some shelf life issues.

We therefore wanted to take the opportunity to explain what is causing this, what you can expect, how it impacts you if you've already/are intending to purchase Results and how we are resolving the issue in the future.

What is causing the shelf life issue?

The shelf life issue is caused by a reaction to moisture and heat due to the product containing very little preservatives. Our warehouse is climate controlled and therefore minimizes any moisture/heat issues, however during delivery your package can sometimes be exposed to varying temperatures.

What can you expect?

In the majority of cases, you may find that there are some dark "specks" in the powder and maybe a couple of light clumps. This doesn't affect the effectiveness of the powder and in a worst case scenario has a minimal effect on the taste and mixability.

In very exceptional cases (possibly if the package was exposed to heat during delivery) there may be a large number of dark "specks" and the clumps will be larger.

Our recommendations for storing the product

We recommend that you store Results in the refrigerator as soon as you receive it as this will ensure that the shelf life will be long enough for you to use the product at its recommended usage and most likely less than the recommended usage. If you have several tubs and this is not practical, you may also store it in the freezer.

If you are absolutely unable to store Results in the refrigerator, keep it a place which is as cool and dry as possible. This will reduce the possibility of any heat and moisture issues.

What if you have already purchased Results or intend to?
