    Dear At Large Nutrition
Ok I want to first start this post by saying I am not a kid who runs out and reads labels and buys into the scam of marketing in the BB supplement world, I have been training and competing in powerlifting for nearly 18yrs. I know when my body responds and when it doesnt.

That being said I have never taken an over the counter product and noticed results the way I do with the Maximus shake. I can Honestly say that when I drink it just twice a day my recovery and strength both increase about 10% as oposed to when I miss a couple days (over the weekend when Im not into the diet thing) I cant even believe I am writing this cause it sounds like one of them stupid ads but it is the honest truth. On top of the resultss the stuff tastes good and doesnt make me run to the bathroom every 45 minutes.

I was originally worried about the carb content since I try to keep mine down but I dont get the insulin response I would normally when I take in more then 50 grams in a meal, infact my energy level stays very consistent. Add to it the extra flax and ETS and the other stuff Chris puts in it and you got a crazy awesome drink that can supplement a good diet. Im sold on it and I am the biggest skeptic there is about any supplements.

    Dear At Large Nutrition
I have been using Maximus for over 3 months now and truely believe it is the best PWO shake out there. I have tried several others that did not give me the growth I am getting with ALN now. My arms have gown 5/8" in just over 3 months using ALN Maximus and Creatine along with a strict diet. Before starting to use Maximus it took me an entire year to put on 1/2" to my arms which is painfully slow progress! Also the customer service is top notch!

    Dear At Large Nutrition
I finished my third tub of Maximus about 2 weeks ago now (i took one tub in 20 days back in december, and 2 tubs in about 50 days over the last few weeks) and I just have to say that Maximus is phenomenal. It does exactly what it claims to do: provide quality calories and the essential nutrients needed to recover and lift big. Exactly a year ago today, I weighed about 160 pounds. Today, I tip the scales at around 212-218 mid-day. Most of the weight gain was done in a period of 1 month at first, so I could experiment with Maximus.

When I realized what it could do, I spent 2 more months at a later time increasing my diet and using Maximus, and the results show. My lifts have drastically increased. Some people may not believe the numbers (Bench from 215 for 1 to 335 for 1, deadlift from 365 to 500, squat is 465 now but a year ago my depth was very high, all raw) but I'm sure the pictures explain more. I am now more confident to step on the powerlifting platform come time to compete.

    Dear At Large Nutrition
I've been eating like a monster like always, but Maximus is such an easy way to get easy calories in after a workout, especially adding PB, oats, whatever. It dosen't take much to make a 1000 calorie shake with this stuff. Since I started using Maximus, all my lifts have gone up. squat went from 405-435, DL from 365 to 405. And I even have about 5 shakes left. The microlactin always helps, I never doubted it. The inulin helps absorb nutrients, you'll be able to tell, the gas i had when i first started it was monstrous, plus it tastes like a liquid brownie. Gonna go ahead and order more of this stuff for post workout.
