Jon Grove is a powerlifter’s powerlifter. He is 30 years old and has been involved in competitive powerlifting since the tender (or in this case powerful) age of 14. His accomplishments are many and varied. Just some of them are listed below:

Bio:

Jon lives the powerlifting life. He owns a powerlifting club named the North Georgia Barbell Club. In only a few short years his club has risen to being a force in the powerlifting world with several Elite classified lifters. Jon also works for a company called Fitness Resource for whom he manages a retail outlet which sells quality home fitness equipment.

Of course powerlifting is not all there is in Jon’s life, he is married and has a 2 year old daughter.
