I have been training hard for the past 3 years. During that time I have tried just about every nutritional supplement out there. My experience in these matters has made me quite skeptical of new products. While individual products might have had some good points, the vast majority of them either didn't mix well (if they were protein powders), tasted bad, both, or just plain didn't work as advertised.
Typically, I'll use a whey protein powder both throughout the day (mixed with milk or water), and after each workout. The first time I mixed up AtLarge's Nitrean I used water and a shaker cup. As most folks know, this generally just doesn't work, you end up with a clumpy mess. The Nitrean, much to my amazement, mixed easily with absolutely no clumping and nothing sticking to the sides of the shaker. The taste was just right, neither too sweet, nor dull and bitter.
My experience with the Nitrean made me expect good things from the Opticen (the meal replacement powder), and I was not disappointed! This MRP has the calories and content to account for a nice sized meal and flavor to die for. I've always been what many refer to as a hard-gainer, or ectomorph, so I threw in 16 ounces of whole milk to further up the calorie content. This only enhanced the flavor and really makes for a wonderful weight gain formula for those looking to add some mass. While the consistency of the Opticen is thicker, it by no means clumps up in a blender or shaker. I honestly cannot say one bad thing about this product, it beats any other MRP I've ever tried on flavor and ingredients hands down.

| Last, but not least, I tried out the Thermocin. Thermocin is a fat burner which has the ingredients to match any product out there, but with a much better price. I've paid ten to fifteen dollars more for ephedra free thermogenics with mediocre results. Even though I am actively working to attain more mass, I decided to try the Thermocin in the hopes of adding more lean muscle tissue and less fat. Thermocin has allowed me to do exactly that, not to mention the extra energy in the gym. I can only imagine the fat burning results I would obtain if I were on a restricted calorie, pre-contest type of diet!
All in all, I am very pleased with my At Large products. I really couldn't have asked for anything more. They have far and above exceeded my original expectations. A job well done if you ask me.
Thank you At Large,
Chase
